Submission Prepration Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items. Submissions that do not adhere to these guidelines may be returned to authors for correction.
1. Authorship and Metadata
Complete Metadata: Full names, institutional affiliations, and active email addresses for all authors have been entered into the submission system.
Anonymization for Double-Blind Review: To ensure a fair review process, all author names, affiliations, and identifying information have been removed from the main manuscript file.
Authorship Integrity: The author list and order are final at the time of submission. No changes to authorship will be permitted once the review process has commenced.
2. Originality and Ethics
Exclusive Submission: The manuscript is original, has not been previously published, and is not currently under consideration by any other journal.
Ethical Compliance: For studies involving human participants, evidence of ethical approval from a recognized Institutional Review Board (IRB) or Ethics Committee is provided within the manuscript.
Open Access Agreement: Authors agree to publish their work under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), allowing for maximum dissemination of research.
3. Formatting and Style
Document Standards: The manuscript is provided in Microsoft Word format, single-spaced, using 12-point Times New Roman font.
Visual Elements: All tables, figures, and illustrations are embedded within the text at the appropriate positions using Apa 7th edition formatting, rather than placed at the end of the document.
Citation Style: All in-text citations and the reference list strictly adhere to the APA 7th Edition guidelines.
4. Required Files
Cover Letter/ Note to Editor: A formal cover letter addressed to the Editor-in-Chief is included or note written in appropriate box during submission process (if necessary).
Anonymized Manuscript: A complete manuscript file including the title, abstract, keywords, and references, but excluding all author identifiers.
Authors’ Declaration/ checked boxes during submission process: A signed Authors’ Declaration Form has been uploaded as a supplementary file or all boxes are checked at the start of submission a manuscript.
